Other Uses for Property Sets
Just about any object in the system can be tagged with properties. For
example, a printer object can have a property set that includes such information as
Location. A user object can have a property set including information like First
Name, Last Name, Office, and Phone.
Applications can be written to query a system-wide set of objects based on
their properties, for example, displaying all printers located in a certain
building.
These examples illustrate the potential power of using property sets.
