About Toolbars
Typically, the buttons in a toolbar correspond to items in the application's
menu, providing an additional and more direct way for the user to access an
application's commands. The following illustration shows a window that has a
toolbar positioned below the menu bar.
A toolbar has built-in customization features, including a system-defined
customization dialog box, that allow the user to insert, delete, or rearrange
toolbar buttons. An application determines whether the customization features are
available to the user and controls the extent to which the user may customize the
toolbar.
