The GetArcDirection function returns the current arc direction for the specified device context. Arc and rectangle functions use the arc direction.

int GetArcDirection(

HDC hdc	// handle to device context
);

Parameters
hdc

Identifies the device context.

Return Values
If the function succeeds, the return value specifies the current arc direction. Following are the valid return values:

Value	Meaning
AD_COUNTERCLOCKWISE	Arcs and rectangles are drawn counterclockwise.
AD_CLOCKWISE	Arcs and rectangles are drawn clockwise.

If an error occurs, the return value is zero.
