Removing TCP/IP Components
If you want to remove the TCP/IP protocol or any of the services installed on
a computer, use the Network option in Control Panel to remove it.
When you remove network software, Windows NT warns you that the action
permanently removes that component. You cannot reinstall a component that has been
removed until after you restart the computer.
