System Global Classes
When Windows starts, it registers a set of
system global classes for controls, including buttons, combo boxes, edit controls, list boxes, list
view controls, scroll bars, static controls, and tree-view controls.
Any application can use a system global class at any time. Because Windows
registers system global classes on behalf of all applications, an application
cannot destroy any of these classes.
