QUERY_SERVICE_LOCK_STATUS
The
QUERY_SERVICE_LOCK_STATUS structure is used by the
QueryServiceLockStatus function to return information about the lock status of a service control
manager database.

Members
fIsLocked
Specifies whether the database is locked. If this member is nonzero, the
database is locked. If it is zero, the database is unlocked.
lpLockOwner
Points to a null-terminated string containing the name of the user who
acquired the lock.
dwLockDuration
Specifies the time, in seconds, since the lock was first acquired.
