The
SetDefaultCommConfig function sets the default configuration for a communications device.

Parameters
lpszName
Points to a null-terminated string specifying the name of the device.
lpCC
Points to a
COMMCONFIG structure. If this parameter is NULL, the default configuration is set to the
device driver's defaults.
dwSize
Specifies the size, in bytes, of the structure pointed to by
lpCC.
Return Values
If the function succeeds, the return value is nonzero.
If the function fails, the return value is zero. To get extended error
information, call
GetLastError.
