WINTRUST_CLIENT_TP_DISPATCH_TABLE

The
WINTRUST_CLIENT_TP_DISPATCH_TABLE structure contains a set of pointers to functions implemented by WinTrust for
use by the client component of a trust provider. WinTrust passes a pointer to
this dispatch table when it calls the
WinTrustProviderClientInitialize function that the trust provider exports.
